In order to participate and to be able to provide you with the corresponding
customer benefits, it is necessary to process the personal data
you provide when you participate.
We only use your personal data for the proper participation in our competitions (see conditions of participation). Consent is obtained in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The requirements for consent pursuant to Art. 7 para. 1-4 GDPR are fulfilled accordingly.
The personal data collected in the entry form for our competitions will be used exclusively for the realisation of the campaign and will be deleted within 6 months of the closing date for entries after the winners have been drawn and the prize has been successfully handed over.
In particular, it will not be used for subsequent advertising purposes unless separate consent has been given for the newsletter to be sent.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling. If you have consented to the processing of personal data (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Use of Google reCAPTCHA
We use the Google reCAPTCHA service to protect our participation form (“Participate”).
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA checks whether entries are made by a natural person or abusively by automated programs (bots).
To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes various information, such as IP address, mouse movements, browser and device information,
date and duration of the visit.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent),
provided you have agreed to this via the cookie/consent banner.
The data collected is transmitted to Google and may also be processed on servers in the USA. An adequate level of data protection cannot be guaranteed there in every case; in particular, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may access the data.
