2. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
- 5 × UNIQ® PRO3 IK KITCHEN Cruster® Grill, each worth €1,499.00
- 3 × Darts Set – Falken Tyres Edition, each worth €144.95
Shipping will be free of charge to the winner’s residential address within the eligible countries listed below.
Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are residents of the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
Employees of SOKRATIV GmbH, Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, and any companies involved in the organization or implementation of the competition, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
4. Participation
Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of goods or services.
Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted.
Participation takes place by fully completing and submitting the online entry form.
The closing date for entries is June 15, 2026 (6:00 p.m. CET).
The digital time stamp of the server at the time of submission shall be decisive.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw, conducted without public access.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 7 working days after notification, the prize claim will lapse.
6. Delivery
Prizes will be shipped within a reasonable period of time.
Delivery will be attempted a maximum of two times.
If the second delivery attempt fails, the prize claim will lapse.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for incorrect address details provided by the participant.
7. Liability
Statutory warranty rights shall apply.
The liability of SOKRATIV GmbH for damages arising in connection with the competition or a prize is excluded, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
8. Exclusion from the Competition
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the competition through improper means.
9. Early Termination or Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the competition at any time for legal or factual reasons, provided that proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
In such cases, no claims against the Organizer shall arise.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition.

11. Newsletter
Participation in the competition is not dependent on subscribing to a newsletter.
If participants choose to register for the Falken Tyre Europe GmbH newsletter, the respective data protection provisions
of Falken Tyre Europe GmbH shall apply.
12. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
