TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. The competition is being run by
SOKRATIV GmbH, Rüsbergstraße 50a, 58456 Witten, Germany,
on behalf of
Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, Berliner Str. 74-76, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Germany.
2. The following prizes are available to be awarded among all participants of the attending countries Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Rumania, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Netherlands and Czech Republic.
2x1 houseboat trip with Le Boat for up to 4 people/2 cabin boat for 1 week/7 nights,
in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Scotland, or Ireland.
The winner's arrival and departure will be from the nearest suitable airport to the airport of the desired rental station by scheduled flight in economy class and
is included in the prize.
The winner is responsible for:
Travel to/from the airport, operating costs (e.g., fuel, mooring fees, shore power), the deposit or liability limitation in the event of damage, and any extras (bicycles, pets, etc.).
Start of trip:
Houseboat season 2026; excluding public holidays and high season, such as
e.g. the following periods:
March 28-April 11, 2026
May 2-9, 2026
May 22-30, 2026 and July 11-August 15, 2026.
The date, base and boat type are subject to availability and must
be agreed with Le Boat. Rebooking to a larger or higher-value boat or to a different sailing area (even for an additional charge) is not possible.
Premier and luxury boats are also excluded from the prize.
Prize value:
The prize value varies depending on the boat type, sailing area and travel period
between €1,600 and €4,800.
3. Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the following countries are eligible to participate:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Rumania, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia Netherlands and Czech Republic.
Employees of SOKRATIV GmbH and the companies involved in the competition, as well as their relatives and legal entities, are excluded from participation.
4. Participation is limited to one entry per eligible participant and is independent of the purchase of goods or services.
5. A person participates in the competition by completing the form
in full and submitting it.
The closing date for entries is December 15, 2025 (6 p.m.).
The digital time stamp of the server at the time of transmission is decisive.
6. The winners will be determined by means of a draw closed to the public and notified at the email address provided. The prize will be delivered by mail; prize documents/digital vouchers may also be provided in digital form.
Delivery of the prize may take more than 5 business days.
The participant shall not bear any shipping costs. The prize will be shipped with a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the prize claim shall be forfeited.
7. The prize is non-transferable. A cash payment of the material assets or exchange of the prize is not possible. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
8. Falken Tyre Europe GmbH and SOKRATIV GmbH do not assume any warranty for one or more defects in a prize, nor are the winners entitled to exchange or return rights in the event of one or more defects in the prize, unless there is a case of intent or fraudulent misrepresentation attributable to Falken Tyre Europe GmbH
or SOKRATIV GmbH.
9. In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, SOKRATIV GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition. Persons who gain advantages through manipulation or other unauthorized means will also be excluded.
10. SOKRATIV GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition in whole or in part and to refrain from awarding prizes if technical difficulties or other circumstances arise that are beyond the control of SOKRATIV GmbH and/or over which SOKRATIV GmbH has no influence.
11. The personal data collected in the entry form (title, first and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, country, email address, date of birth) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted immediately after the winners have been drawn and the prizes have been successfully handed over. We will request the winners' full address details after the draw and, with their explicit consent, which is still to be obtained, pass them on to the relevant companies involved so that they can deliver the prizes. The processing of personal data is based on your consent given by participating in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR by the above-mentioned body.
